- How does the Project-Fit Call work?
- The best first step is a complimentary 30-minute Project-Fit Call. We will discuss your goals, timing, general investment readiness and which Kemayou service may be the right fit. Customized planning, design direction, layouts, sourcing and written recommendations begin during a paid engagement.
- Does Kemayou offer partial planning or consulting?
- Yes. Engagements can be scoped as consulting, design direction, planning and coordination, or fuller support, depending on what a client needs.
- Does Kemayou provide hospitality and residential design?
- Yes. Alongside events, Kemayou Events offers Hospitality Design for guest-centered properties and Residential Home Services for design consultation, room refreshes, furnishing, styling, and installation coordination.
- How are furnishings and third-party costs handled?
- Kemayou consulting and design fees are separate from furniture and materials, which the client may pay for directly. Third-party execution is quoted separately, and procurement management or additional support is optional. No merchandise is ordered without written client approval and cleared client funds.
- How far in advance should a client inquire?
- As early as possible. Earlier inquiries give more room for venue availability, sourcing timelines, and thoughtful design decisions. Consultations require at least 24 hours' advance notice to schedule.
